Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to mix and serve drinks
willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
compliance with liquor laws and company policies
must be of legal drinking age
ability to stand for extended periods
strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle cash and operate point of sale systems
strong customer service skills

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of aloha while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures
serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly and courteous manner
mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of a bar/lounge in compliance with the liquor commission
work flexible days and shifts
maintain a strong service oriented attitude
work well with others
