Job Requirements

Be 21 years of age or older
Have 1-2 years of prior bartending experience
Exhibit positive energy and readiness to assist support staff and work as a team player
Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
Maintain a flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Capability to constantly stand and walk with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Qualifications

Be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties

Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist with restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies, including required side work
Always remain educated on menu offerings and respond promptly to any requests or questions about menus, dietary restrictions, and other restaurant functions and services
Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with IRS standards of reporting income
