Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have 1-2 years of prior bartending experience
- Exhibit positive energy and readiness to assist support staff and work as a team player
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
- Maintain a flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to constantly stand and walk with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Duties
- Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
- Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
- Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist with restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies, including required side work
- Always remain educated on menu offerings and respond promptly to any requests or questions about menus, dietary restrictions, and other restaurant functions and services
- Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with IRS standards of reporting income
