Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shift work, weekends, and holidays

  • knowledge of state and local guidelines regarding service of alcohol

  • ability to lift trays of beverages or food items weighing up to 30 pounds regularly

Job Duties

  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar area
  • stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce
  • maintain stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables
  • greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • promote and document orders for drinks
  • mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practice portion control
  • attend monthly departmental meetings
