Job Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shift work, weekends, and holidays
legal ability to serve alcohol in the state
knowledge of state and local guidelines regarding service of alcohol
knowledge of drink preparation
computational skills to process guest payment
ability to lift trays of beverages or food items weighing up to 30 pounds regularly
high energy and interpersonal skills

Previous bartender experience preferred

Job Duties

Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar area
stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce
maintain stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables
greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
promote and document orders for drinks
mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practice portion control
attend monthly departmental meetings
