Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with some assistance
- Availability to work part-time during evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability to meet scheduling needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent optional
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to great guest service
- Ability to meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol as required by company operating standards and state law
- Experience in bartending or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work evening and night shifts with weekend availability
Job Duties
- Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
- Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers
- Uphold great guest service standards
- Assist with maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation
