Job Duties

  • Responsible for set up, maintenance and breakdown of the bar
  • takes drink orders from patrons or servers
  • prepares drinks consistently according to standard recipes
  • monitors and stocks bar levels
  • handles all bar transactions
  • assists with inventories
  • greets all guests warmly
  • seats when necessary
  • guides guest's bar experience
  • possesses superior beer, wine and food knowledge
  • serves and runs food quickly and accurately
  • communicates with the kitchen
  • rings drink orders into register, collects payment and makes change
  • washes and sterilizes glassware
  • prepares garnishes for drinks
  • attends required trainings and meetings
  • delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
