Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant/bar
  • must have excellent knowledge of alcohol including wine, cocktails, spirits, and beer
  • must have excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
  • ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
  • ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be at least 21 years of age and have TIPS certification

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers, taking orders and making recommendations as needed
  • ensure that the bar area is clean and organized, and restock supplies as needed
  • maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including wines, beers, and spirits
  • create and mix new cocktails and drinks to enhance the customer experience
  • handle cash and credit card transactions and process orders through the POS system
  • provide excellent customer service, including making conversation with customers and addressing any concerns they may have
  • monitor alcohol intake of customers and adhere to responsible serving practices
  • assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking supplies
