Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
at least one year of bartending or relevant experience
knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to stand for long periods and handle a fast-paced environment
must be of legal drinking age according to local laws

Previous bartending experience preferred

Job Duties

Shake, stir, and pour a delicious and innovative range of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks that perfectly complement our smoky and savory BBQ dishes
craft fun and refreshing mocktails for our non-alcoholic beverage enthusiasts
embrace the BBQ spirit by creating signature drinks inspired by our signature BBQ sauces, rubs and fruity flavors
engage guests with your infectious enthusiasm and make every visit to our restaurant warrant for a return visit
build an exciting atmosphere around the bar area
stay up-to-date with our happy hour specials, food specials and featured beers that will keep our guests coming back for more
maintain a clean and organized bar, making sure it is stocked with all the necessary ingredients and garnishes
deliver top-notch customer service, making sure everyone feels welcome, valued, and part of the BBQ party
