Job Duties

  • Accept and facilitate To-Go orders via phone or online and ensure timely execution
  • Oversee security and lockup of bar products
  • Maintain a professional image and proper uniform standards
  • Frequently engage with guests in the dining area
  • Inquire about guest dining experiences and address issues promptly with management
  • Thank every guest sincerely for their patronage
  • Maintain high food and beverage knowledge
  • Prepare beverages according to recipes using appropriate products and glassware
  • Ensure stock levels meet specified requirements
  • Use standard recipes and methods for consistency and efficiency
  • Stay informed about promotions and assist with their implementation
  • Adhere to cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Practice good personal hygiene and prevent cross-contamination
  • Follow proper labeling, dating, rotation, and shelf-life standards
  • Complete cleaning schedules and maintain bar equipment
