Job Duties

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks
  • adhere to recipes and maintain high standards of quality in beverage preparation
  • monitor and replenish bar supplies
  • handle cash and process transactions accurately using POS system
  • provide correct change and maintain a secure cash drawer
  • keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
  • communicate effectively with team members
  • engage with customers, build rapport, and create a welcoming atmosphere
