Job Requirements
- Two to three years' experience as a bartender
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- TIPS/BASSET certified or able to obtain certification within 60 days
- Safe Food Handler Certification or able to obtain within 60 days
- CPR/AED certification or able to earn within 60 days
- Ability to exercise good judgment and confidentiality
- Must be able to read, write and speak in English
- Demonstrate consistent attendance and on-time arrival

Job Duties
- Collects and interprets all paperwork generated for the event being worked
- Inspects bar area prior to opening and ensures that adequate supplies are available for the impending shift
- Prepares garnishes, mixes, pre-mixed drinks and completes set-up requirements
- Mixes, prepares and serves drinks according to recipes approved by management
- Collects money and maintains records of all bar-stock items using provided inventory sheets in each bar and stock rooms
- Uses POS system to record cash/inventory transactions and reconciles cash to orders taken at shift end
- Maintains and cleans all equipment and cleans and secures station in accordance with established closing procedures
- Consistently complies with state, local and agency laws/policies regarding the sale and disposition of alcoholic beverages
- Answers questions from guests about the event and provides descriptions of the day including the timeline and available food and beverage
- Ensures personal appearance conveys a professional image and wears name tags and uniforms at all times
- Able to work any bar in facility as directed by management
- Assists with food plate up in the kitchen when needed
- Provides drink service to guest tables
- Assumes other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Supports and exhibits organizational values
- Works as scheduled
- Performs job safely and in compliance with policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned
