Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- ability to remain stationary and move for up to four hours
- ability to safely lift and carry items up to 25 pounds frequently
- ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
- frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
- commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years as per state law
- ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- prior experience in bartending or hospitality preferred but not mandatory
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage preparation
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- deliver excellent customer service to guests and staff
- prepare drinks according to established recipes and standards
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- interact warmly and effectively with customers and team members
- assist in restocking the bar and inventory management
