Job Requirements

Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
Able to work in hot and cold environments
Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties
Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California-based positions (can be completed during training or within 60 days after start date)

Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and drink recipes
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of responsible beverage service practices

Job Duties

Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service that exceeds customer expectations at the bar
Efficiently craft every drink to perfection using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications while serving customers responsibly
Maintain extensive knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend and upsell
Serve as a resource for servers by answering questions about spirited drinks
Adhere to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during the shift
