Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior bartending or mixology experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Must be at least 21 years old
Knowledge of drink mixing and presentation
Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Creativity in creating unique drink recipes
Knowledge of beverage preparation including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Shake, stir, and pour a delicious and innovative range of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks that perfectly complement our smoky and savory BBQ dishes
Craft fun and refreshing mocktails for non-alcoholic beverage enthusiasts
Embrace the BBQ spirit by creating signature drinks inspired by our signature BBQ sauces, rubs, and fruity flavors
Engage guests with infectious enthusiasm to encourage return visits
Build an exciting atmosphere around the bar area
Stay up-to-date with happy hour specials, food specials, and featured beers
Maintain a clean and organized bar, stocked with all necessary ingredients and garnishes
Deliver top-notch customer service ensuring everyone feels welcome, valued, and part of the BBQ party
