Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or barback experience preferred
Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Food handler's certification preferred
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Duties

Clean restaurant and bar area to like new condition during and after every shift
Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables and bar top
Restock ice (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility)
Sweep floors (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility)
Mop floors (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility)
Perform other restaurant duties as assigned (i.e., run food, run drinks, help teammates, restroom checks, take inventory, etc.)
Interact with guests professionally
Light cleaning
Complete knowledge of bar standards, expectations, and recipes
Consistency
Competency - product knowledge is paramount

3-minute drink times
Mindful of picture-perfect garnishes
