Job Requirements

6 months in full-service restaurant required
Must have a working knowledge of dining room and service procedures
Must be able to speak and follow written and verbal communications
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Job Duties

Provide exceptional service and make guests feel welcome
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company recipes
Suggestively sell beverages and respond knowledgeably to guest inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Stay current with new beverage recipes and trends
Follow all safety and compliance regulations in beverage service
Communicate effectively with internal team and guests
