Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening, and limited restocking of beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard, using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the check promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
