Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
- Willingness to follow all safety and food handling regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Team-oriented with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standards using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure the customer is well attended to, offer refills of drinks and clear any unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
