Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-year bartending experience preferred
ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English language
knowledge of basic math including adding and subtracting
ability to work effectively with co-workers, management, and guests
ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform duties with minimal supervision
ability to operate cash register, soda gun, liquor gun, blender, knife, corkscrew, telephone, and ice scoop
ability to memorize and promote menu items and drinks
possession of a valid gaming card
ability to bend, lift or carry up to 50 pounds
ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
ability to work in confined spaces and awkward positions requiring standing, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and reaching overhead for extended periods
manual dexterity to use bartending tools
ability to walk up to half a mile per shift and perform duties in confined spaces

Job Qualifications

1-year bartending experience preferred
must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English language
high school level math skills
ability to work effectively with co-workers, management and guests
ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform duties with minimal supervision
ability to operate cash register, soda gun, liquor gun, blender, knife, corkscrew, telephone, and ice scoop
ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items and casino services
ability to memorize all available drinks and how to make each drink
possession of a gaming card

Job Duties

Prepares beverages for guests
replenishes beverage as requested by guests and checks on guest to inquire on their satisfaction
acts as cashier for the beverage outlet and ensures balanced monies
inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest/party
maintains proper set-up of the bar, including maintaining cleanliness of guest areas at all times
complies with all Federal, state, and local laws pertaining to alcohol and safety
