Job Requirements

Be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state law
Be able to speak, read, write and understand English
Perform simple mathematical calculations and handle money
Ability to remain stationary for up to 10 hours
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Communicate effectively with guests
Assume responsibility for guest experience quality
Understand and apply company bar standards
Maintain cleanliness and stock levels during shifts
Follow uniform guidelines
Memorize floor chart, table numbers, and steps of service
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused demeanor
Ability to think and act quickly
Retain composure in busy settings
Salesmanship skills
Pride in appearance and dedication to the role
Integrity and honesty in conduct

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
Familiarity with standard drink recipes
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

Greet customers and learn about their beverage preferences
Answer customer questions and recommend menu items
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following company recipes
Maintain running side work and complete closing duties as assigned by management
Keep bar areas clean, stocked, and organized to company standards
Accept guest payments and process credit card charges
Assist with restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
