Job Requirements
- Must be willing to work holidays, weekends and late nights
- must be reliable and available to work
- TIPS certified
- minimum two years experience in food and beverage industry
- must be 21 years of age or older
- must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to safely move objects up to approximately 75 pounds

Job Duties
- Open and close the bar
- collect and count the bank from Cashier's Office
- prepare the bar for operation
- stock various beverages to meet shift needs
- fill ice containers if no ice machine is present
- maintain a clean, neat, safe bar and lounge area
- prepare and serve drinks to guests
- learn and perfect specialty cocktails
- ring beverage sales onto tab or pay-by-the-drink
- make proper changes
- discontinue service when appropriate
- attend training to maintain knowledge of alcohol service regulations and techniques
- properly account for gratuities received
- wash used glasses and other items
- arrange bottles and glasses to create attractive displays
