Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to work days, nights, and weekends as required
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Able to read and write handwritten notes
  • Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Able to move about facility and stand for long periods
  • Able to walk or stand 100% of shift
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

  • Able to communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
  • Must be able to read and communicate in English
  • Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
  • Able to work in fast paced, noisy environment
  • Knowledge of alcohol service procedures preferred
  • Able to operate point of sale system (Micros) proficiently
  • Able to maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask efficiently while maintaining guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
  • Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
  • Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
  • Adhere to company sanitation procedures
  • Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
  • Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
  • Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
  • Follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product and maximize guest satisfaction
  • Keep station clean and set up and take down station tables appropriately
  • Greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
  • Accurately take guests' food and drink orders
  • Maintain thorough understanding of menu items to answer questions regarding food and drink preparation
  • Enter orders into Micros quickly and in proper sequence with appropriate modifications and charges
  • Complete station side work at beginning and end of shift
  • Demonstrate ability to operate Micros, make changes, conduct credit card transactions and account for all monies
  • Ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to designated bar and restaurant sections
  • Work quickly and efficiently adhering to full hands in, full hands out philosophy
  • Participate in incentives and contests driving sales and promoting the brand
  • Complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets as requested
  • Complete opening and closing duties timely
  • Assist in party setup and breakdown
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Buss and reset tables as needed
  • Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, prebussing and responding promptly to guest needs
  • Maintain favorable working relationships with all team members to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
  • Listen and communicate with guests and team members verbally and via Micros system
  • Be friendly and smile frequently
  • Work in noisy, fast paced environment and meet dress code requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
