- high school graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of cashiering cash handling experience
- previous bartender experience preferred
- demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- minimum 21 years of age
- ability to push pull and lift to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- knowledge of mixed liquors and ales soda water sugars and other prepared beverages
- serve other cold beverages such as wine beer and sodas and collect monies for beverages served as well as food served in the lounge area
- prepare bar area in supplies needed such as ice slice and pit fruit garnishing drinks etc full knowledge of Micros and end of shift reports
- place bottle goods and glasses to make an attractive display all bottles are placed according to specs
- perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards
