Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year bartending or related experience in a full-service restaurant
- current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal, state, or local law
- meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- excellent guest service skills
- willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business

Job Duties
- Create a relaxed destination - greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality balancing service between bar top guests and the service well
- set the course - deliver exceptional services by providing knowledge of all food, beer, wine, and spirits menus including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
- build the perfect oasis - practice proper cash handling, proper operation of the point-of-sale system and hospitality standards
- support your crew - maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and maintain proper stock levels including inventory control and ordering of perishables and spirits according to projected business
- perform other duties as required to support the business
- foster a positive team environment by inspiring colleagues to work together to achieve goals
- share knowledge on seasonal scratch cuisine and handcrafted cocktails to enhance guest experience
