2+ years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant experience
Passion for serving gracious hospitality and exhilarating brewhouse experiences
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Job Duties

Prepare and serve expertly concocted cocktails and drinks that embody the brewhouse soul
Connect guests to the brewhouse escape by using expertise in BJ's beverage and food pairings
Make thoughtful drink recommendations that exhilarate the taste buds
Craft fun and memorable moments through expert execution of craft beverage recipes, beer and wine service techniques
Maintain a clean and organized bar area to ensure efficiency and safety
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Adhere to all safety, health, and alcohol service regulations
