Job Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment
  • Strong knowledge of whiskey and other spirits, with a passion for mixology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • TIPS or similar certification (can obtain upon hire)

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of whiskey varieties, including origins, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory and managing supplies
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol at all times
  • Collaborate with colleagues to uphold Odyssey's reputation for excellence and hospitality
  • Provide assistance to other team members and perform additional duties as assigned
