Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- able to stand and move continuously for up to four hours
- able to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- willing to wear protective hand coverings, face masks, and follow sanitization protocols
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- commitment to creating a positive guest and work environment
Job Qualifications
- minimum age of 21 according to state law
- excellent communication skills
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous bartending or relevant experience preferred
- knowledge of mixing drinks and beverage preparation
- ability to work flexible schedules
Job Duties
- mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude towards customers and staff
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff
- monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- follow health and safety guidelines throughout the shift
- engage with guests to enhance their bar experience
