Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in bartending or related field
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be of legal drinking age
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of craft beers, cocktails, and beverage preparation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic math skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently
Guide guests through the beverage menu and make recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area
Manage beverage inventory and restock supplies
Provide friendly, attentive service ensuring guest satisfaction
Follow all health and safety regulations and standards
Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere
