Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
bartending experience in a professional setting preferred
post high school degree preferred
minimum of two years full-time experience in a related hospitality setting or equivalent education and work experience preferred
positive and customer service oriented attitude
ability to speak and understand English well
ability to stand and/or walk for entire shift
regular and consistent attendance at work

Job Duties

Build drinks
deliver food and beverage to patrons
effectively manage patron's consumption of alcohol
take food/beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
maintain the organization and cleanliness of bar, lounge and patio areas
proficient on POS terminal and cash handling
attend service and food trainings
understand and practice 'Serving Alcohol with Care' principles
regular and consistent attendance at work
perform other related work duties as assigned
