Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • bartending experience in a professional setting preferred
  • post high school degree preferred
  • minimum of two years full-time experience in a related hospitality setting or equivalent education and work experience preferred
  • positive and customer service oriented attitude
  • ability to speak and understand English well
  • ability to stand and/or walk for entire shift
  • regular and consistent attendance at work

Job Duties

  • Build drinks
  • deliver food and beverage to patrons
  • effectively manage patron's consumption of alcohol
  • take food/beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
  • maintain the organization and cleanliness of bar, lounge and patio areas
  • proficient on POS terminal and cash handling
  • attend service and food trainings
  • understand and practice 'Serving Alcohol with Care' principles
  • regular and consistent attendance at work
  • perform other related work duties as assigned
