Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- bartending experience in a professional setting preferred
- post high school degree preferred
- minimum of two years full-time experience in a related hospitality setting or equivalent education and work experience preferred
- positive and customer service oriented attitude
- ability to speak and understand English well
- ability to stand and/or walk for entire shift
- regular and consistent attendance at work

Job Duties
- Build drinks
- deliver food and beverage to patrons
- effectively manage patron's consumption of alcohol
- take food/beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
- maintain the organization and cleanliness of bar, lounge and patio areas
- proficient on POS terminal and cash handling
- attend service and food trainings
- understand and practice 'Serving Alcohol with Care' principles
- regular and consistent attendance at work
- perform other related work duties as assigned
