Job Requirements

must be at least 21 years old per state law
ability to communicate effectively with others
commitment to making a positive impact
ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds frequently
ability to transport items multiple times per shift
ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
ability to work with disinfectants and frequently wash hands

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
ability to handle cash and point-of-sale systems
age 21 or older per state law

Job Duties

mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
provide friendly and efficient service to both staff and customers
create a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience
communicate effectively with team members and customers
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
adhere to health and safety standards
handle cash and process payments accurately
