Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel or related hospitality field preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including long shifts
- physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- ability to stand throughout shift duration
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- attentive and courteous interaction with guests and staff
- strong problem-solving capabilities
- aptitude for multitasking and prioritizing
- adherence to hotel policies and safety rules

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and fellow employees
- set up the bar according to hotel standards and ensure prompt and efficient service
- prepare beverages and cocktails according to hotel mixing and presentation standards
- serve guests with all beverage requirements in a professional manner
- break down bar after functions, storing liquor, supplies, and equipment according to hotel standards
- follow all state liquor laws
- know hotel services and facilities
- abide by all hotel policies and safety rules
- serve liquor responsibly to avoid issues with intoxicated guests
- respond to guests' problems, complaints, and accidents
- be familiar with fire exit and extinguisher locations and operations
- keep bar and service areas clean and tidy during service
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
