Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
  • Maintain a current TABC Certification
  • Minimum two years serving or bartending experience
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English

  • Maintaining knowledge of local Texas spirits, craft beers, and award-winning wines

  • Polishing glassware and preparing the bar area for service
  • Engaging guests with the stories behind the farm-to-fork menu and locally sourced ingredients
  • Balancing showmanship and efficiency while managing the bar during peak hours
  • Ensuring compliance with food handling and alcohol service regulations
