Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in high-volume or fine dining settings
Legal age to serve alcohol
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Good communication skills in English
Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in high-volume fine dining or casual fine dining bartending
Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage mixing techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Familiarity with safety and health regulations related to alcohol service
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a memorable experience
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Monitor customer behavior and comply with all safety and alcohol regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations
Upsell drinks and specials to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
