Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be of legal drinking age as required by law
Food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Pass pre-employment drug test and background check

Job Qualifications

Prefer 1 year of bartending experience
Hold a food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
Display knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising specials
Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
Read, write and speak English fluently
Have working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Craft and serve a variety of drinks to guests
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience
Demonstrate knowledge of drink recipes and bar terminology
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Comply with all food and beverage service regulations
Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
