Job Requirements

Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
at least 1 year of bartending experience
knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
ability to interact with public and coworkers in friendly manner
ability to read, speak, and comprehend instructions
ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
cash handling experience preferred
frequent hand immersion in water and chemicals

ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner

cash handling and customer service experience preferred
ability to immerse hands in water and chemical solutions frequently

Job Duties

Greet customers and take food order
provide information about products and look for opportunities to up-sell products
follow recipes and product directions for mixing beverages
collect payments and operate cash registers for drinks and/or food served following company cash handling policies
secure all monies at the end of each shift
follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and deal with intoxicated guests
ensure a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar
