Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment
- Must be available to work flexible schedule, weekends and holidays
- Year-round availability preferred
- Must be able to correctly use a POS system
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Strong team focus
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (21 or older in Alabama)
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment

Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar
- Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits/beer/wine
- Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Serve guests with outstanding attention to service and provide a memorable and fun experience
- Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant and food & beverage areas
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies
- Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances, and with all state liquor laws and regulations
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and balancing cash drawers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service
- Other duties as assigned
