Job Duties

  • Provides hospitality beverage service to residents, family members and guests while maintaining and exceeding hospitality and service standards
  • Assists residents with beverage selections and responds to pertinent questions about beverage items
  • Practices safe, sanitary food and beverage handling and service
  • Reports any changes and/or concerns about resident beverage consumption or change of conditions to supervisor
  • Maintains neat and sanitized work area
  • Cleans and resets tables for hospitality service
  • Prepares the set up the bar and lounge for service
  • Restocks the bar for next day service
  • Assists in receiving of liquor and beverage supplies, and stocking according to oldest date first
  • Completes closing register reports
  • Maintains communications with Supervisor regarding inventory of products and services
  • Other duties as assigned
