Job Duties
- Educate and assist guests with food and drinks
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Keep the bar area up to standards in compliance of the local health department
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift
- Mix all drinks based on the serving size outlined in the recipe books
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps customers satisfied
- Responsible for all opening and closing side work as well as ongoing side work
