- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling payments
