Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, quality guest service from the moment guests enter until they leave
  • Work toward understanding and articulating the menu, including food items and alcoholic/bar drinks
  • Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes such as cooking, seasoning, and grilling
  • Complete hot and cold food preparation assignments accurately, neatly, and timely
  • Prepare food throughout the day anticipating and reacting to customer volumes
  • Maintain appropriate portion control and consistently monitor food and beverage supplies
  • Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Use prep sheets, temperature guidelines, holding times, cleanliness lists, and station checklists accurately
  • Wash cookware and utensils and clean equipment thoroughly and timely
  • Assist teammates and take initiative to complete tasks proactively
