Job Qualifications

Over 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
Minimum age of 21 years or over
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of craft beverage recipes and beer and wine service techniques

Job Duties

Prepare and serve expertly concocted cocktails and drinks that embody the brewhouse soul
Connect guests to the brewhouse experience by recommending beverage and food pairings
Craft fun memorable moments through expert execution of craft beverage recipes
Use beer and wine service techniques to enhance guest satisfaction
Maintain clean and organized bar areas
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
Handle cash and process transactions accurately
