Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Lift up to 25 lbs
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Demonstrate extensive mixology knowledge and skills
Follow manager instructions
Must have experience with POS systems
Organization and time management skills
Communication skills - team player, customer oriented
Sales skills - upselling, suggestive selling

Job Qualifications

Two years of bartending experience
Extensive knowledge of a variety of drinks
Experience with POS systems
Strong communication skills
Team player
Customer-oriented
Sales skills including upselling and suggestive selling
Ability to follow manager instructions

Job Duties

Follow bar opening and closing guidelines
Maintain accurate cash drawer
Recognize dangerous or problematic behavior and report it to a manager
Follow RAMP protocols
Always ensure cleanliness of bar area
Provide guests with a positive and pleasant experience with every interaction
