Job Requirements

Enjoy working on a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, listening and time management skills
Ability to stand approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the locations
Be able to lift or move up to 50lbs
Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about the facility
Must be 21+ years of age
Must have at least 1 year experience as a bartender and server
Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under varying conditions
Must be TIPS or BASSET certified based on village or city requirements

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year of bartending and serving experience
TIPS or BASSET certification as required by local regulations
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong time management abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Capacity to interact positively with customers and team members
21 years of age or older

Job Duties

Start with side work to prepare for the shift
Serve customers by taking orders and processing payments
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes
Request identification from guests to confirm legal drinking age
Take on new duties and adapt to different tasks as needed
Work flexible hours that accommodate your lifestyle
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
