Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Embody and uphold the company’s core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines
- Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm and warmth
- Foster friendly interactions and prioritize the overall guest experience
- Mix beverages using a wide range of ingredients
- Prepare the bar, including beverages, juices, ice, and garnishes for service
- Serve drinks in a timely manner to guests, servers, and for beverages ordered from the theater
- Maintain a consistently clean bar, clean tables, chairs, and work area to ensure a sanitary environment
- Have in-depth knowledge of the menu and cocktails and be able to make thoughtful recommendations with passion
