Job Requirements

Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant
Ability to properly prepare classic cocktails and follow signature recipes
Intermediate knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently
Willingness to cross-train as a server
Ability to serve customers at the bar
