Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of bartending experience preferred
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow all club policies and applicable alcohol service laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and proper mixing techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provides outstanding service to our members and their guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available
- Follows set up procedures
- Prepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks
- Rings up checks correctly to the right member number with verification by use of member name when presenting checks, looking at picture in Jonas, and comparing signature and member number signed by member with actual member name and number on chit
- Reports complaints to a manager as soon as they occur
- Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment
- Maintains records of liquors, beers, and wine to ensure bar stock is maintained at all times
- Locks up bar according to prescribed procedures
- Follows proper laws and procedure for serving alcohol as established by Club
