Job Requirements

Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender
A current required state alcohol-server license such as TABC, TIPS, or ABLE
Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs
Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels

Job Qualifications

Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender
Current required state alcohol-server license such as TABC, TIPS, or ABLE
Ability to follow detailed cocktail preparation guidelines
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adhere to flexible work schedules

Job Duties

Provide full-service dining experience including menu knowledge and cocktail preparation
Follow Torchy’s cocktail recipes accurately
Engage and interact positively with guests to ensure a great experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Handle cash and credit card tips responsibly
Lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
Stand and walk for long periods while performing various physical tasks
