Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
able to work in hot and cold environments
able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
able to stand or walk for entire shift
able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
able to read and write handwritten notes

Job Qualifications

restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
ability to communicate effectively with guests
ability to read and communicate in English
ability to operate Micros point of sale system
willing to work flexible hours including days, nights and weekends
ability to work in fast-paced environments
ability to follow company dress code
must be friendly and able to smile frequently
able to maintain a positive attitude during work
ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
good interpersonal skills
able to work cooperatively in a team environment

Job Duties

deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to sanitation procedures
manage personal bank and financial transactions accurately
follow alcohol awareness procedures
identify and report inappropriate guest behavior
follow bar recipes and control costs
maintain and clean station
greet guests promptly
take food and drink orders accurately
understand menu items and answer questions
enter orders into Micros system quickly and correctly
complete sales and station side work at shift start and end
operate Micros and handle transactions properly
deliver garnished food trays to designated areas
work efficiently with full hands in and out philosophy
participate in sales incentives and contests
complete bar inventories and requisitions
perform opening and closing duties
assist in party setup and breakdown
help other team members when needed
buss and reset tables
ensure ongoing guest satisfaction
maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationships
communicate effectively with guests and team
be friendly and smile frequently
maintain neat and professional appearance
work in noisy, fast-paced environment
be at least 18 years old
