Job Requirements

Guest focused enthusiasm and passion for serving gracious hospitality
minimum 2 years of experience in full-service, high-volume casual dining restaurants
ability to work effectively in fast-paced team environments
must be 21 years of age or older
ability to meet physical requirements of the role with or without accommodations

Job Duties

Prepare and serve expertly concocted cocktails and drinks that embody the brewhouse soul
connect guests to the brewhouse escape by tapping expertise of BJ's beverage and food pairings and making recommendations
craft fun memorable moments with expert execution of craft beverage recipes
apply beer and wine service techniques appropriately
maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
ensure all drinks are prepared to high-quality standards
interact positively and professionally with guests
