Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience and expertise in mixology
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Previous experience as a bartender in a busy environment preferred
Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age

Previous experience as a bartender in a busy bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks following established recipes and presentation standards
Offer personalized drink recommendations to guests based on their preferences, highlighting the unique features of each beverage
Greet guests warmly, take drink orders efficiently, and provide attentive service throughout their time at the bar ensuring an enjoyable experience
Suggest premium or specialty drinks to increase sales and enhance the guests' bar experience
Pay close attention to drink presentation, garnishing cocktails with creativity and precision
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, and handle money responsibly following established cash-handling procedures
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies including glassware, garnishes, and beverages
Comply with local alcohol service laws and regulations, monitoring guest intoxication levels and refusing service when necessary
Engage guests in lively conversation and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, fostering a sense of community within the bar
Work collaboratively with bar staff, kitchen staff, and management to maintain a smooth flow of service and a positive team environment
Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
