Job Requirements

Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) card
previous bartending experience
ability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays as needed
completion of pre-employment criminal background check
successful completion of pre-employment drug screening
ability to provide excellent customer service
strong communication skills
must be able to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a bar setting

Job Duties

Assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for residents and guests by taking orders and providing service graciously and courteously
pours wine tableside in both restaurants as scheduled
mixes and creates cocktails
maintains the safety and cleanliness of the bar area
prepares bar and clears tableware
assists supervisor with stocking, restocking, inventory and rotating bar supplies
maintains accurate accounts for resident and guest charges
